Web App
Receiptix on the Web
Receiptix is available in your browser at app.receiptix.io. Sign in with your existing account to access your expenses, projects, and reports.
The web version uses the same account and data as the mobile app. Any changes you make on the web are reflected on your phone, and vice versa.
Supported Features
- View, edit, and delete expenses
- Add expenses manually or with voice mode
- Upload receipt photos and PDFs via file picker
- Charts, reports, and spending analytics
- Projects and shared expenses
- Account settings, categories, tags
Limitations
The web app is the mobile app running in a browser. Some features are unavailable or limited:
- No camera scanning — use the file picker to upload receipt images and PDFs instead
- No notifications or reminders
- Large screen layouts — the interface adapts to bigger screens, but some layouts may not be fully optimized yet
Installing as a Desktop App
The web app supports PWA (Progressive Web App) installation, which adds it to your dock or start menu for quick access.
The installed app opens in its own window. You can resize it to a narrower width for a layout closer to the mobile experience.
Chrome
Click the install icon in the address bar, or go to Menu → Save and share → Install page as app.
Safari
Click File → Add to Dock (macOS) or tap the share button and select Add to Home Screen (iOS).
