How do I restore my Pro subscription?

If you've previously purchased a Pro subscription but it's not showing up after an update, you can easily restore it by following these steps:

1. On the Home screen, tap the profile icon in the top right corner
2. If you can see the "Pro" subscription label, your subscription is active
3. If you don't see the label, tap the "Upgrade" button
4. On the paywall screen, tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom
5. Close the paywall
6. Your Pro subscription should now be restored and visible

Do I need the mobile app to use the Telegram bot?

No! You can start tracking expenses using just our Telegram bot. However, using both gives you the best experience - track expenses quickly via Telegram and get detailed insights and reports through the app. All your data syncs automatically between both platforms.

What about the Chrome extension?

Our Chrome extension lets you capture online receipts directly from your browser. Whether you're shopping online or receiving email receipts, you can save them to ReceiptiX with just a keyboard shortcut (⌘+Shift+E on Mac, Alt+Shift+E on Windows) or right-click. The extension supports multiple formats including screenshots, PDFs, and text selection.
