How many receipts can I scan with a free account?

With a free account, you can scan up to 10 receipts. After reaching this limit, you'll need to upgrade to a pro subscription to continue scanning receipts.

What are the benefits of upgrading to a pro subscription?

A pro subscription offers unlimited receipt scanning, access to advanced features, and priority customer support. It allows you to fully leverage ReceiptiX for comprehensive expense tracking.

How accurate is the receipt scanning feature?

Our AI-powered scanning feature is highly accurate in extracting information from receipts. However, we recommend reviewing the scanned data to ensure everything is correct, especially for handwritten or unclear receipts.

If you notice any errors in a scanned receipt, you have two options:

  1. Rescan the Receipt: You can easily rescan a receipt by pressing the 'Rescan' button. Very often it helps to eliminate errors.
  2. Manual Editing: For minor corrections, you can use the 'Edit' button to manually adjust any details of the scanned receipt. This allows you to fine-tune the information without needing to rescan the entire receipt.

These features ensure that you always have accurate data, even when dealing with challenging receipts.

Can I manually enter expenses?

Yes, ReceiptiX allows you to manually enter expenses in addition to scanning receipts. This is useful for tracking expenses where you might not have a physical receipt.

How secure is my financial data?

We take data security very seriously. All your data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your personal financial information with any third parties.

Can I export my data from ReceiptiX?
