By accessing and using ReceiptiX (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Additionally, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time.
ReceiptiX provides a platform for scanning and managing receipts. The app utilizes various services including Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Storage, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Functions, Firebase Auth, RevenueCat for simplifying in-app purchases and providing analytics, Google Document AI for image-to-text processing, and OpenAI API for categorizing receipt items.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their devices. Users agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.
Users are prohibited from using the app for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. Users must not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
ReceiptiX and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
