Personal Information: Information such as your name, email address, and payment details provided during registration or purchases.

Usage Data: Non-identifiable data, such as app usage statistics and device information.

Expense Data: This includes:

• Images and metadata from receipt photos
• PDF documents of receipts and invoices
• Text-based expense entries, including those created through voice input (note: voice recordings are processed locally on your device and are not stored or transmitted to our servers)
• Any manually entered expense information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Operate and maintain the App.
• Process expense data, including receipts (both images and PDFs) through third-party services such as Google Document AI and OpenAI API.
• Convert and process text from voice inputs (performed locally on your device)
• Provide in-app purchase functionality via RevenueCat.
• Enhance app performance using Firebase Analytics.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase services. Reciptix LLP implements advanced security measures to protect against unauthorized access or misuse of your data.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data. It is shared with third-party providers only to deliver the App's core functionality. We may disclose information if required by law or in response to lawful requests.

For iOS users making in-app purchases: We share data about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple to help resolve refund requests. This includes information about how you have accessed and used the purchased content. This data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process refund requests.

6. Children's Privacy

ReceiptiX does not target users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
