ReceiptiX Account Deletion Instructions

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your ReceiptiX account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

  1. Open the ReceiptiX app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Settings page.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Delete Account".
  4. Enter your password to verify your identity when requested.
  5. Read the information provided and confirm your decision.
  6. Tap "Delete My Account" to finalize the process.

Data Retention: To comply with legal and financial regulations, we may retain certain transaction logs for up to 30 days after account deletion. These logs do not contain personal information and are used solely for system integrity and audit purposes.
